New Century Homes offers you up to 4 nights FREE accommodation* to help you decide which New Century Home property is right for you.

On arrival to Crete, your designated New Century Homes representative will be waiting to greet you personally at the airport.

Your NO PRESSURE itinerary will include transfer from the airport to one of our selected properties where we will ensure that you receive the highest level of service.

All inspection trips are tailored made specifically for you to match your requirements.

Over the duration of your stay you will be picked up at a time that best suits you and shown a range of New Century Homes properties that match your budget and specification.

You will also be shown the surrounding location, culture, lifestyle and places of interest to help you choose the home and area that best suits your needs.

You pay only for your flight from the UK to  Crete. If you subsequently decide to purchase a property from New Century Homes, the cost of your flights will be refunded (up to a maximum value of 1,000 Euros) on receipt of your 10% property deposit.

* Please note that the above offer is subject to your agreement to spend the daytime hours of your 4 day visit on escorted New Century Homes viewing trips. Failure to agree these terms will result in accommodation charges of 300 Euros per person being applied.  The flight refund is only on production of airline ticket receipts for your inspection tour airfare and is deducted from your payment schedule.
