New Century Information Pack
Upon reservation you will receive a copy of our Information Pack, which has been produced to assist you through the different stages of your purchase and for you to use as a reference after you have moved in.
Regular Progress Update
Our sales team is trained to offer you expert guidance and practical assistance throughout the buying process. You will be regularly informed of the progress of your new home by email and our sales advisors will respond quickly and efficiently to any queries you may have. Our sales staff will send you periodic photographs showing the progress of your new home.
Choices
Subject to build stage, every New Century home is offered with a choice of fixtures and fittings, encompassing the latest designs from leading manufacturers.
Finishing Touches
For those customers who wish to further personalise their new home, an exciting range of options is available to purchase from our kitchen and bathroom suppliers, depending on the stage of build. Our experienced sales team is on-hand to guide you through the choices available to you.
Quality Assured
A comprehensive pre-delivery inspection will be carried out by your salesperson and the site foreman. This exercise is designed to spot any 'snags' in the property that have occurred during the build, so that we can correct them before you take delivery and subsequently carry out your own inspection with your salesperson.
New Home Demonstration
Before occupation your salesperson or site foreman will take you around your new home and demonstrate the fixtures, systems and appliances fitted by New Century Homes to ensure that you are happy and familiar with their operation.
